STAGE

In 2020 a friend and myself took over STAGE a performance platform that had been founded and left by a previous Rietveld student. We both felt the school needed a space where students and Sanberg could share their performative art. We wanted to create a space where we could accommodate the needs of the students and make an event where others could come and watch. Our theme for this first STAGE revolved around the question of when does performance art starts and end. We joined forces with the performers and created a fluid program for the night which would physically move the audience around the space to watch the next piece.
